NOTES ON MIXING:

For accurate mixing, use scales to weigh powder
Always use fresh potable water for mixing milk replacer solution
Add powder to water (38°- 45°c) using wire whisk to mix thoroughly
Mix only enough for one feeding at a time
Wash rinse and sanitize utensils thoroughly after every feeding

For large frame calves, add a third feeding
During COLD weather when environmental temps drop below 4°c for prolonged periods, increase the amount fed daily by up to 50% by providing a THIRD daily feeding of milk replacer solution in addition.
